| We are extremely excited to now offer online training and meal plans. This new option allows us to send you personalized workout plans via email. The email contains specific instructions and detailed pictures and videos of all the exercises. Once completed you can log them on our website. Depending on your time and goals you can choose anywhere from 2 to 6 strength training sessions per week. We will also plan an unlimited number of cardio sessions for no extra charge. This program also comes with personalized meal plans created by registered dietitians. You fill out your goals and your food preferences and a daily meal plan is created. You also can print a weekly grocery list so you know exactly what to buy, and what not to buy! Best of all your first week is free so you can decide if this is the right program for you.
