
any special needs you may have. We will design a fitness program that incorporates all areas of fitness including cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility. We will track progress and give monthly updates. We give you the options of in-home workouts or park work outs. All equipment is provided for these sessions. If you have your own equipment we will gladly incorporate that equipment into the session. If you have a gym membership and would like to work out there we will contact your gym to see if they allow outside personal trainers to work in their facility. Small Group Training
will use a circuit style workout where the clients rotate between series exercises at a time. The sessions will incorporate strength training and flexibility as well as short cardiovascular intervals. These workouts are designed to keep everyone moving and having fun while getting a great workout. The classes will be 1 hour sessions and will be held outdoors at a park. All equipment will be provided for these sessions. Fitness Assessments We offer two different fitness assessments, a complete fitness assessment and a body fat assessment. The complete fitness assessment takes approximately 1 hour to complete. The body fat assessment is for individuals who are just interested in knowing their body fat percentage. This assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The following shows what is included in each assessment.
